Streaming Music - Discovering New Music

I registered with Pandora and set up a radio station using songs and artists that I enjoy. I think that I am going to love this! I have always enjoyed music. When I moved to Seattle shortly before my 21st birthday my first job was at Peaches Records and Tapes. (Gives you some idea of how long ago that was!) It was the perfect job for me at the time. Employees were paid minimum wage, but we got lots of free concert tickets, free records and discounts on music. I loved discovering new music and it was easy to do with a job at a record store. Pandora seems like a great alternative for me at this time in my life to find new artists and music that I haven't heard before based on music that I love. I will definitely play around with this at home.
