IM-ez

I have used IM very little in the past. Gwen and I chatted the other day at work, and it was fun. I set up my son and a couple of other people in my contacts and hope to use it regularly. I can see why people like it. Luckily I am a fast typist so I can say what I want to quickly. My challenge is to be concise so the messages are posted quickly.

It's surprising how easy some of this stuff is once you go through the steps and do it. I thought it would be handy to IM when you want to share information with some one, but there are people around and you don't want them to hear your conversation. Or if someone was traveling overseas and had access to a computer...IM would be free, vs. phone calls...or if you wanted a record of the communication that took place it would be in writing and saved.

I'm glad that I have it set up so it will be available to use if I want to.
